9. Change Orders

Changes requested after work begins may require a written Change Order and may affect pricing, scheduling, materials, inspections, or permits. Additional work will not begin without customer approval.

10. Payments

Payment schedules are established within each written agreement. Failure to make payments may result in suspension of work, project delays, or collection costs as permitted by law.

11. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties remain subject to each manufacturer’s terms. Any workmanship warranty will be described within the signed project agreement and does not generally cover misuse, lack of maintenance, customer-supplied materials, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.

12. Project Photography

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Top Property Improvements LLC may photograph completed work for portfolio, advertising, website, and social media purposes. Images will focus on completed work whenever reasonably possible.
